Dana is a clinical psychology registrar with training in various evidence-based treatment modalities to tailor to your individual goals, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Mindfulness

Dana has had experience working in private practice, rural remote, family-based interventions, neurocogntive and developmental assessment, working with schools, NGOs and disability support. She works with people across the lifespan with the mission to provide person-centred therapy to all individuals in numerous areas including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, neurodiversity, adjustment disorders, complex trauma and post traumatic stress disorder.

Dana completed her Bachelors of Psychology (First Class Honours) at the University of Newcastle in 2017. From then she completed her 4 + 2 registration pathway and worked for a number of years. She has also completed a Master of Psychology Practice (Clinical) (with Excellence) from the Australian College of Applied Professions.
